Estimated Delivery Date includes processing and carrier transit time.
We cannot guarantee any changes to or cancellations of orders, including address changes once an order has been placed.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
With the exception of shipments during special promotions, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
Once an order has been shipped, it typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination address. Please add 7 to 10 additional business days for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Sunday deliveries are subject to carrier delivery routes. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Orders can arrive in multiple packages. Please allow 3 to 4 business days after a package arrives for the additional package(s) to arrive.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification along with tracking information, once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in the email.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Currently most ship items to the 50 united states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. However, certain items cannot be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states. These items will be clearly marked in the item description.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Please note that orders completed using a freight forwarder are not eligible for returns for any reason, as we do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
